Future requirements regarding emissions, fuel consumption and power call for new innovative engine concepts. One of the most important technical fundamentals is the concept of “downsizing”, which utilizes the thermodynamic efficiency and low weight of small, combustion-charged engines to achieve the above mentioned objectives.  

We are driven to be the only independent German series-engine manufacturer that implements these concepts for the benefit of our customers.

Our motivation is particularly understandable when reflecting on the history of the Weber Automotive Group. For more than 35 years our company has “lived” its mission statement: “Quality Prevails!”  By putting this mission statement into effect for the development and assembly of engines and thus coming closer to the vision of integrated engine know-how, we realize that “Perfection is our drive”.

 

We believe in the future and competitive ability of the production location Germany. The expansion of our manufacturing capacities along with the creation of new jobs in Germany is ongoing, owing to the availability of growing structures, cutting-edge technology and the best know how.

Our corporate structure is slim with only few hierarchy levels. This allows us to react swiftly and flexibly to customer inquiries and requests. Our manufacturing technology is state-of-the-art and we have reached a benchmark position in the manufacturing of cylinder crankcases owing to continuous optimization. On our path to becoming a system supplier, we are supported by our know how in conjunction with our approach towards quality. We verifiably manufacture A1 products within the shortest possible periods. We have 100% data acquisition of each product that we manufacture. Each work step is followed by a defined testing measure, allowing us to react before actual tolerance limits are reached. At the same time, our systems are designed in such a manner that we can effectively manufacture a great variety of products.
